On March 23, 2009, Pulse announced the temporary suspension of its dividend due to sharply lower seismic data library sales in the first quarter of 2009 and extreme uncertainty related to commodity prices and energy sector capital expenditures. The company will review and reinstate the payment of dividends when seismic data library sales recover.
