Neal Coleman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Neal Coleman began his career with Pulse Seismic Inc. in August of 2004.  Neal was appointed President and CEO on November 1, 2012, prior to that he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Under his leadership as VP of Sales & Marketing, Pulse's market share steadily increased, the 3D seismic data library grew by more than 100%, and his team achieved over $300 million in data library sales. He also directed a significant re-branding initiative. Neal has over 17 years of experience in the areas of business development, strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership. He has worked in the energy industry since 2001 and has an exceptional ability to identify customer needs and translate them into revenue opportunities. Neal completed his Bachelor of Applied Business & Entrepreneurship at Mount Royal University in Calgary and has a Petroleum Engineering Applications Certificate from SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary.

Brent Gale
Sr. Vice President & COO
Brent Gale has a long and distinguished history with Pulse Seismic Inc. He joined Pulse in July of 1993 as one of four partners that eventually took Pulse public in October of 1999. Since going public in 1999, Brent has held several Vice President positions within Pulse and became Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in April of 2011. He has over 35 years of operations experience in the seismic industry, including owning and managing a seismic company, Gale Resources, which had a strategic partnership with Pulse in the late 1980s. His wealth of knowledge of the seismic industry and extensive personal connections are valued by the management team and the Board of Directors.

Pamela Wicks
Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Pamela Wicks joined Pulse Seismic Inc. in 1998 as Controller, was promoted in 2007 to Vice President of Finance, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2010. Pam has extensive experience conducting and negotiating complex financial deals and transactions. She was the finance lead for a significant asset purchase transaction in 2010 that doubled Pulse's 3D seismic data library and led to a substantial increase in market capitalization and enterprise value. As CFO, Pam plays a significant role in investor relations for Pulse, including meeting with institutional investors and discussing financial results with industry analysts. Prior to joining Pulse, Pam held accounting positions within the Canadian east coast offshore oil and gas industry. She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1987 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and obtained the designation of Certified Management Accountant in 2001.

Jeff Bectold
Vice President Operations
Jeff Bectold joined Pulse Seismic Inc. in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in April of 2011. As VP of Operations, Jeff leads a group of technical teams that are responsible for participation surveys, field operations, safety, and data services. Jeff is responsible for data analysis related to the acquisition, purchase or swap of seismic data, including analyzing the predictability of future re-sales, assessing the quality of the data to be purchased and evaluating locations for acquiring new surveys. Since 2008 the operations team has successfully acquired 3,000 km2 of new 3D data that has been added to the Pulse data library through participation surveys; strengthened internal technical capabilities and processes; implemented new service offerings; and has developed a strong safety program and culture at Pulse. Jeff has over 20 years of seismic industry experience including a similar role at Arcis Seismic Solutions and various positions with Schlumberger. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and has completed the Geophysical Certificate program from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
